I Did It!

One of my New Year’s resolutions was to focus on what I was doing during my strength workouts and get that perfect workout. January 9 and one resolution accomplished already! I did it! This morning I got my first perfect workout:

When I showed my husband, he asked if I wore headphones. I told him no, I didn’t. There were people in the club, but I kept focused on that pace bar. I lifted 7000 pounds and paid attention to every pound.

And so as another day goes by, it feels good to just stand there and say I did it! after accomplishing something, jump up and punch the air, and move on to the next thing.
